I'm adding a "buy now" button to a clients site. She has setup her own merchant account and I am following all the well-explained steps in the Paypal "Create a PayPal payment button" pages...
Quick few questions...
How is shipping costs handled? Is there an area where I simply tell PayPal where she is, the weight of the item and PayPal calculates the average shipping costs or do I have to enter a general shipping cost? It would be hard to do this if one buyer is in Coolock and one in New Zealand...
Any pitfalls to the first button? It looks very straightforward, just add product details, price etc and embed the code – Is it really this straightforward?
