producing a simple contract

the current employer has an employment tool that we offer to clients... it's hosted on our servers but reskinned and their own domain so it becomes a part of their website.

he want to put together a basic contract that covers a few major points - cheif being that the code belongs to us, the design to them, and the domain to them
