Just wondering what tools people have previously used as part of their project management process?

I'll be trying to coordinate a group of 5 to work on a project and as far I have taken a look at Yammer (that's the Twitter clone for corporate communication) and Campfire (the 37 Signals produced group collaboration live chat system).

What other viable options are available?

Hi Cormac,

in the company I work for we use Campfire everyday and thats enough for basically everything we need. It's very flexible application and guys from 37 Signals upgrade it all the time adding more useful features - not just candies if you know what I mean. The best proof of quality (beside all things we use for everydays work) is that we have no problems adopting customers to it. They find it easy to use it with no "IT skills". I don't know Yammer but Campfire offers all you may need to manage any size and type of project so I wouldn't be looking for more unless price is an issue.
