Interesting idea, but I'd be very wary about giving staff details to an IT recruitment agency!

You raise an interesting point! The big theme at the moment seems to be "How to retain Top talent" as well as recruiting it. Drive and focus now is to recruit people from Europe for IT, Healthcare and Finance.

OK, but I just find anything involving recruitment companies to be incredibly iffy.
