Repetitive Strain Injury

Just before christmas i was working too much trying to get an upgrade of a website going and i started to develop strain in my fingers and wrists. I used to do some fairly unhealthy key combinations like using left shift and then stretching to hit a different key with another finger from the left hand. Anyway i have cut that out and my wrists aren't so bad now, but the strain seems to be moving to my upper arms and forearms.

So i have to sort my whole workspace out or i will be banjaxed, my chair isn't adjustable, this might be my main problem i think so i was wondering does anyone recommend a good adjustable chair ( hopefully not too expensive ) or place where i can go check a few out?

There is good open source program called workrave i found which prompts you to take breaks more often, and demonstrates exercises as well which is helping a bit. Any else have problems like this?
