On that page there are conflicting descriptions
One part is asking for money for the script, while another says it's open source. If it's open source what license is it released under and why do we have to pay for it?

That doesn't answer the question I asked

If it's open source, what license is it released under?

If you can't customise it under the open source version then it's not really open source
