    Hi, you have a syntax error in your css:

    Code:
    #content
    {
        background-color: #006633;
    float:left;
    text-align:justify;
       color:white;
        font-family: arial;
        margin-right:10px;
    width:85%:
    }
    You have a colon after width: 85%:

    Change that colon to a semi colon, you should be good to go.

    You also have an undefined css rule on lines 5- to 53 which is un-related:

    Code:
    {
    text-decoration:none;
    color:blue;
    }
