Hi,
I am an occasional reader of Techcrunch but lately I have lost interest in their articles. Their piece on Pay Per Post again today was too gossip column for my liking.

What alternatives to Techcrunch are out there? Basically I'm looking for sites which blog about web 2.0 start ups, social news and the like.

Download Squad

This is my favorite feed. It gives nice short articles that keeps you up to date on the most important things and has loads of posts per day which i skim for what i'm interested in.
