Suggested method to rank a list of websites by size and traffic?

This is not quite SEO but you guys are the closest match.

I have a list of 3000 domains of possible sales and marketing targets.
Are there any tools out there that can pull the size / popularity of each domain?
I can see tools to do this for a single domain but none where you can upload a big list.

Majestic SEO has a bulk check tool, that will show you link data for URLs. Not sure how useful it would be. If you want me to do this for you shoot me an email Alan.

Have you tried Alexa.com? While the basis of the stats are US traffic in general, at least it would rank them vis a vis one another ... and it would be one indication, though not one to rely on solely.
