I didn't want to promote them as such but it was from "UltraDNS, A NeuStar Service"

To be honest, thats unsolicited. Whilst there's little against it, it's still wrong.

Their sales staff can be a little "eager" - they've contacted quite a few of our clients over the years... though most of them wouldn't be in a position to pay for the services
