vat rate for affiliate on commission/ profit

Hi,
What is the vat rate, that has to be paid, on commission earned, from being an affiliate ?. I am hoping to join a hotel affiliate program. I hope to make a profit over €90K a year. I would like to know, what the vat rate is approximately, for a sole trader and as a company ?

Yes, the expedia.com will pay me a commission. I want to know, what is the VAT rate that I will have to pay ?

Why would you be paying VAT?
They are paying you - not the other way around. You're not selling anything, so why would you be paying VAT?
If anything they'll levy the VAT ..
Or am I missing something?

Yes, my mistake, they are paying the VAT. So its the tax band I am looking for, payable as a company ?

You should talk to an accountant - they'd be able to advise you on the most cost effective way of doing things.
Though I can't imagine that incorporating an LTD immediately would make much sense
