Website plagiarism

This seems to be the forum closest to this thread. If not, advise me. Pages from my website have been copied word for word onto another site with that site's owner's name on it as copyright holder. I've notified the site owner and the host of the rights violation with no result. No reply from owner. Host refuses to act unless there is "adult content". What can I do next?

If you have contacted the owner and you have contacted the hosting company, I really would not bother chasing down a solicitor

As long as your content was indexed first, you get credit for originality of content from the search engines' point of view

If it's hosted in the US you can file a dmca notice.

Send a registered letter to the owner of the site. Registered letters make you look official and scary!
