Saw this in my mail this morning and was wondering what on earth ... but its actually quite cool ... the WP interface seems a lot more user friendly than the MT one 
no time to play with it at the moment but I'd definitely contemplate it ... now if only it was as easy to template MT as it was to template WP

They've also released a couple of new template tools as well

Hmm .. the Template Inheritance one looks interesting but at 100 dollars I think I'll be using copy and paste
I knew about the exporter / importer ... unless they've updated them
Edit: I see an update for 4.1 on the installer / exporter ... but seems to be an optimization only feature
