It looks like I have a new project on my hands and it's for a simple enough survey handler script to be installed for a client.

Has anyone used any of the free scripts out there ?
Tools available : PHP/MySQL/PERL (first 2 would be the obvious choice)

The survey should be straight forward enough, no interdependencies as far as I know, i.e. everyone will answer all questions.

One I came across was phpESP and I am just wondering if anyone has any experience or expertise ?

Just a simple form that requires validation and checking.
Can be easily done in php.

Ready made packages never goes with what you really want so I always prefer to make it from scratch.

Thanks for your input louie, I guess I could do it myself and make it easier than some of those programs. All I need is something simple, nothing too fancy or complex.

I guess I will need to brush up on my skills a bit for it !
