I've only had experience with OSCommerce - Pros: it's free. Cons: a lot of third party plugins are required and it can be trouble when adding a few that might conflict.

try oscommerce Loads of addons etc. However the code is a bit of a fright. Once you understand the "layout" it is ok tho.
