Question Shopping Cart Recommendations

What shopping cart software do you recommend or dislike?

I've only had experience with OSCommerce - Pros: it's free. Cons: a lot of third party plugins are required and it can be trouble when adding a few that might conflict.

None.
I'll make it from scratch. I like to have control over it and knowing where to look if anything goes wrong.

So do I, and this is something I would like to do as well but it would take a lot of time and effort for me to create one from scratch.

Default try oscommerce

Loads of addons etc. However the code is a bit of a fright. Once you understand the "layout" it is ok tho.

Realex intergrations available for this.
