| There are several open source video editors available for Ubuntu that won't cost you anything. For Windows - I'd try poking around SourceForge.net: Welcome to SourceForge.net to see what was available

| Hi there, If you're on windows there is the free Movie Maker, on the mac there is iMovie. Both are good for getting started and playing around. You can produce some pretty cool little movies on them with sound and effects. all the best, Jennifer |
