Just got an email from PayPal regarding their changeover for EU accounts.
There's not a lot in the email, but maybe there are more changes to come?

As far as I can tell it's merely legal formality, nothing should change due to the ownership handover considering both companies PayPal(EU) and PayPal(Lux) are under the same parent.
Received the email too, anyone know the reasons behind paypal moving from the UK?
Has anone else noticed the substantial changes to the Paypal landing page recently? Might be just some testing, but I saw one site go to zilch sales overnight because of the new login page.
New login page hides the fact that you can pay without having a paypal account - basically pushing users to sign up to make payments.

I got the emails as well, but as no longer use PayPal (for particular reasons) doesn't bother me at all.
PayPal is very popular in USA and UK, but in Ireland it didn't seem to work as well.

Hmm... Is it only on Paypal-EU Richard?
I just ran through a paypal payment up to the login page and it had "Pay Fast With Paypal" and "Use Credit Card" options.
has anyone else tried to add a credit card to paypal lately? had one that worked fine on it, which then expired, and would not allow entry of the renewed card. Support said there is a problem with some irish cards being added, and they dont know when they'll have it resovled.
Did they give any details of the cards affected?
