Today (about an hour ago) I got the following email (out of the blue):

Good evening,
I would be grateful if you could effect cancellation of our service with immediate effect. The payments we have made over the last year have been for a total of 5 transactions which is obviously not working for us. There is a technical problem with our site which we are unable to resolve. I would also be interested in knowing if there is any possibility of a refund based on practically zero traffic and substantial payments.
Please confirm at your earliest convenience that this is in effect and I thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

It hasn't stop and as I type I am still getting them one by one from people replying to this.
This doesn't look good coming from whatever it comes. All the Bcc people seems to be doing business with Realex so I wonder did anybody cracked it?

It looks like they had left an alias open to the world, so anyone sending mail to it was able to send it on to every one of their clients.

The same thing happened with a certain domain registry a couple of years ago

yea we got it too seams to be notifications@... silly mistake seen it so many times before. Surprised it hasn't come up before with someone hitting reply all. I even exploited some that were "supposed to be" protected before, but they were my "bolder days" in college.
