How worried are you about the Opera browser.

One of my website looks fine and work fine on IE 6 - 7, Firefox, but it breaks terrible in Opera.

According to the latest figures [W3Schools], Opera is running at a constant 1.5% which isn't much.

A site should still render in Opera if it renders in the others though. Has the code been validated?

Yes the code has been validated alright.
I am not too worried about it, but i will look into it soon.

It's way of rendering things can be quite broken... If you can get it working properly on FF, IE6 and IE7 beta you'll have covered most of the population
