Hi All, Just after completing an ecommerce web site and I want to setup a maintenance agreement with them now. I've no idea what to charge for this or what I should include in the agreement. Can anybody give me an example of a such an agreement and an idea of what to charge? Thanks, Bearaman

There is a handy business kit you can get from sitepoint, rehash it for your own use. The Web Design Business Kit - SitePoint Kits With regard to charging, depends how many hours per month youallot to the site. .

Thanks for the reply Arch, Yea I saw the kit advertised and I agree it looks very interesting. Maybe someone on this formum has a second hand one to sell? I'm just looking for people's advice and experiences on what should be included in such an agreement and what should not. If there was a smaple agreement out there, it would be very handy. Thanks again, Bearaman
