Did anyone ever us a aural style sheet. So the computer speakes the h1 tags or paragraph tags etc...

Never did myself just wondering do people use it

Hi Joseph,

I myself have read quite a bit about it, but honestly never used it. Eric Meyer goes into detail with it in his CSS The Definitive Guide.

I'm not sure if I've seen any major sites employ the Aural stylesheet, I'd be interested if they do. I'd say though that most software designed to read web pages would be configurable enough to not need it.

I think its one of W3C recommendations that have probably not been adopted.

Yea i never seen any sites employ it. It would be a nice change if they did i think. Wonder when or even if it will ever take off
