Default accessibility

I have been reading up on accessibility issues lately and was looking at a bank statement last night and was wondering, how can accessibility be improved in that sort of situation where a large table with name, and credits and debits are listed?

Using Table Header Tags for a start

Use the summary attribute ie: <table summary="">
