How do you guys handle bad robots?

I was reading Using Apache to stop bad robots | evolt.org and this article here How to keep bad robots

Does anybody else have any good resources or knowledge to share on the matter?

Depends on the site. On my own blog I'm using Bad Behavior that looks at the UserAgent string and blocks based on that
