| I've used an open source one on http://faq.irishblogs.info/ It's not bad and has the advantage of giving you search engine friendly URLs. The one that comes with Kayako is very tasty and you can integrate it with your help desk (if you have one) ie. if the answer to a ticket could be reused just check a box and after sending the reply to the client it gives you the option of editing it and adding it to a particular section
