I've just rebuilt a website for a client - format of original urls was
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=208
and there's heaps of them ! all picked up by google or explicitly linked from various forums.

Redirect 'everything that starts index.php' to http://www.domainname.com/index.html ??
What would be the syntax of the command, please ??
Thanks in advance
