Best auto link script

Hi guys,
I have been browsing for a while now and cannot seem to find a good recripicol link exchange script. I would like to use PHP and if DB is needed I would like to use MYSQL.

Are there any decent free ones that are easy to implement?

EDIT- I am not looking for a full directory, just a system similar to be implemented into my site.
