How can I place a video inside an image

I have some video files I want to have on my site
I want to place the videos inside an image of a flat screen tv to make it look like they're playing on the tv.

How exactly can this be done

used the TV image as a background for a div than place the video inside that div itself, but don't forget padding.... to see the image frame...
