How do you manage website accounts

How do you keep track of all passwords for the various websites and when the hosting etc is due to expire?

for domains i just use an excel file with a macro to keep the colums sorted by expiry date and check it fairly regularly - for passwords i use a combination of lastpass and local storage ( you have to be careful with local storage though - i got a virus on my pc one time which lifted all my ftp logins from filezilla - i would advise against storing passwords in any opensource desktop app like the way filezilla allows )
