Just heard Jeremy Beadle has passed away:

I had no idea he had a rough run the last couple of years. I grew up watching him on the telly. Some of the stuff he did in Beadle's About was absolute crazy.

Neither did I but it always seems to come up when his name comes up. Oh well. I grew up watching Beadels about, as a kid it was one of the "must watch" shows of the time. He brought a lot of joy into a lot of people's lives.
