Joomla - Developer from India Wanted

Can anybody recommend a developer from India that they have worked with for a Joomla site ... able to speak English etc. -- I think I saw a reference here but cannot find it now ... Many Thanks.

I've used them a few times, but would not recommend anyone to you - I was looking for literally the cheapest possible, for donky work.

If anyone wants - I have a fantastic French guy who does PHP for €10 an hour - does all the stuff I have no idea about, works very hard and quick and great communication too. Lifesaver.

God bless cheap labour!
