I am looking for some feedback on my first site. I have no idea what I'm doing. The site is all about giving tips on setting up an online business in Ireland.

I think that the picture is too big. And that there probably isnt enough content to make people return to the site. Perhaps add a blog, case studies about successful and failed web-startups, a news section, a favicon,

Other than that I think its a good start.

I am currently building a new site instead of using flash. I am also working on the content. At the moment its very vague, but hopefully in around a month it will be much more detailed. A forum is also planned.
