Domain Transfer

I am planning to transfer my old hosting provider to a new hosting provider but just worried about the process of doing it.

Has anyone experienced lately ?

Does anyone knows any hosting provider that can do this for me ? or at least at a minimal fee ?

Is it a .com or a .ie or something else?

The domain transfer itself should be pretty straightforward, though moving content does require a bit of thought

The one I am worried is my sql dabase file and my forum data (database file), how to move them from old to new.

The rest of the file I can handle it i think . .

Export from host1 via PhpMyadmin - import into host2 via phpmyadmin - pretty easy (unless the file is HUGE)
