Weekly update email

Noticed that in the weekly update e-mail, if you have images disabled in your e-mail client, the main headings within the mail are almost impossible to read (white on light blue).
Also, when images are turned on, the background image on the second heading (title | thread start |etc) looks wrong.

Thanks - I really need to get the young lad to rejig that email's layout .. adding it to the todo list now
